For buyer data collected on your storefront (name, phone, email, order contents), you are the controller. Zoe is your processor: we store that data to take payment, deliver access, and run /me.
For platform accounts, payouts, KYC files, and audit logs, Zoe is the controller. OmniBsic is a sub-processor for card and MoMo charges.
We do not sell personal data. Subject access and deletion start at /me/settings. Paid-order records stay for Ghana AML retention.
Zoe has not published a Data Protection Commission registration number. This addendum is operating text until counsel files DPC registration and a signed long-form DPA.
