Getting started
- Create a storeSign up with a Ghana number. You land in Studio. Your /@handle is the shop.
- Your /@handleThe public shop is /@handle. Put that URL on Instagram. Buyers do not need an app.
- Publish the first productStudio → Products → pick a type. Set a GH₵ price. Share the URL.
- Store and bioAvatar, one-line bio, and a stacked bio page for Instagram.
Selling each type
- Sell an ebookPDF or EPUB. Named license on the receipt. Buyer reads in /me or downloads.
- Sell a courseCurriculum in Studio. Students continue in /me after MoMo.
- Sell ticketsTicket types, a seat cap, and a scan desk in Studio.
- Sell a bookingPublish slots. Buyer picks a time and pays. Notes land on the order.
- Sell a physical goodBuyer pays MoMo and types a Ghana region. You mark it shipped.
- Sell a membershipPaid or free tiers. Public teaser. Access after checkout.
Money
- Getting paid with MoMoBuyers enter their MTN, Telecel, or AT Money number on checkout and approve the prompt on the phone.
- When money hits your walletMoMo sales are available immediately. We send the payout after Ghana Card KYC. Card sales may wait.
- Fees in GH₵Free plan: 3.5% + GH₵0.50 per paid order. Pro: 2.2% + GH₵0.50 plus GH₵199 / month.
- WithdrawalsWe send to the MoMo number on the account after Ghana Card KYC. No extra Zoe withdrawal fee in the current ledger.
- Coupons at checkoutCreate a percent or fixed GH₵ code in Studio → Marketing. Buyers type it on the pay page.
- Affiliate linksAdd ?ref=partner to a product URL. Commission comes from your net, not from the buyer.
Buyers
- Order receiptsBuyers open /o/REFERENCE for line items, tickets, and license keys.
- The buyer library/me holds files, lessons, tickets, and receipts for the phone that paid.
- How the buyer gets the thingEmail is live through Postal. SMS and WhatsApp turn on when those keys are set.
- DisputesBuyers open a dispute from /me on a paid order. You reply in Studio. Control can refund or mark lost.
- RefundsYou or Control approve. An operator marks the MoMo return. A full refund revokes access.
