You can sell on Zoe before Ghana Card verification. Withdrawals wait until Trust approves KYC and lifts you to tier 1. Wallet balances are amounts due, settled from the OmniBsic settlement account — Zoe does not hold buyer funds outside that rail.
Platform fees follow the published Free and Pro schedule on /pricing. New sellers may have a short hold on MoMo sales. Payouts are operator-marked until OmniBsic disbursement is live.
You are responsible for delivery, refunds you promise, and the content you publish. Zoe may hide a store after reports or hide products that break acceptable use. Counsel has not signed a final long-form agreement yet; this page is the operating text until that draft is published as a later version.
